Location

The Nest is in Cardiff city centre, a short walk from Cardiff Queen Street Station. The exact address is shared with approved members.

  • By car: NCP Cardiff Rapports and Greyfriars are the nearest car parks.
  • By rail: 5 minutes from Cardiff Queen Street; 15 minutes from Cardiff Central.
  • By bike: Secure storage can be arranged with advance notice.

About the space

The Space

A large, high-ceilinged room split into two areas: a chill-out space with comfortable seating and a kitchenette, and the teal area arranged for rope practice.

The Nest is full of colour, botanical prints, and upholstery. There's a small porch for shoes and coats, and a WC — but no shower.

A suspension frame with bamboo is available for those with extensive suspension experience learned from a professional educator. We do not teach suspension.

Accessibility

Access

  • The Nest is on the ground floor, but there are a few steps at the entrance.
  • Doors are heavy.
  • The bathroom is not suitable for transfers.
  • Ambulatory wheelchair users may find the space workable with assistance, but it is not currently suitable for visitors with fully restricted mobility.

If you have specific access needs, please get in touch before attending and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
